We are in the grounds of Bishop Barrington School on Woodhouse Lane in Bishop Auckland (opposite the College), drive into the school and follow the road around to the rear. Postcode DL14 6LA The Bishop Barrington School Sports Hall was built in 2005, and cost £1.6m to complete. It was funded via a New Opportunities bid, in partnership with Wear Valley Sport Action Zone, Wear Valley District Council and Durham County Council. The hall was officially opened in 2007 by His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent.

OPENING TIMES Monday to Friday 5pm till 10pm Saturday 9am till 5pm Sunday - 9am till 5pm - Reserved for competition and pre bookings Be aware that we only remain open if there is a booking in, so you need to pre book. We remain open during school holidays unless otherwise stated. The Main Gym is £30 per hour for the full space (5 aside for example), there is facility to split the hall which can be hired for £15, we also have 4 Badminton courts at £8 per hour each. The Dance studio is £20, £10 for half. The studio can be split with 2 self contained halves.
